Risk of Loss

All clothing/material sent to and from Ellie Alice is at the customer's risk. Ellie Alice is not liable for any loss or damage to clothing/material during transit or while in our possession, including incidents of fire, theft, or negligence. Customers are strongly advised to insure their clothing before sending it to Ellie Alice.

Cancellation of an Order

When placing an order through our website or social media platform, you are entitled to exercise your statutory right to cancel the order and receive a complete refund of the product's price for a period of 14 days from the order placement date, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

In the event of a customer cancelling an order after we have already received the clothing, the refund will be processed after deducting the return shipping costs. This policy is applicable to all return requests.

Returning Keepsakes

At Ellie Alice, our keepsake items are crafted with care to preserve your cherished memories. Due to their highly personalised nature, we cannot accept returns on these unique creations. Our commitment is to deliver a tailored product capturing the essence of your memories. Please review your specifications thoroughly before finalizing orders for complete satisfaction. If you have any concerns, we're here to assist you before you place an order. Note that fabric variations may lead to slight differences in the final product, so consider this before ordering.

Use of Items

In the event that received clothes are considered unsuitable, we retain the right to decline their use. In such cases, you will be notified and offered the option to send additional clothing, with the understanding that you are responsible for the additional postage and packaging costs. If you have specific preferences regarding the inclusion of all items or have strong feelings about certain pieces, please communicate these preferences when sending the clothing. While we strive to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee the inclusion of every specific item.

Delivery

We always use Royal Mail first class tracked delivery when sending keepsake items back to you. Kindly be aware that utilising a postal service carries inherent risks. Although we will provide assistance in addressing any issues to the best of our ability, we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.
